HOW WE HANDLE YOUR CLAIM

Four steps, from first call to credited refund

You send us your GST returns and export or purchase data — we take it from there.

1
DAY 1

Eligibility & document review

Share your GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and export or purchase invoices. We check which refund category applies and estimate the claim amount before any fee is discussed.

2
DAY 2–5

Reconciliation & RFD-01 preparation

We reconcile ITC against GSTR-2B, match shipping bills or LUT details, and prepare the refund application with the statement formats the department expects.

3
DAY 6+

Filing & portal follow-up

We file on the GST portal, track the ARN, and respond to any deficiency memo or notice on your behalf — you're copied on every reply we send.

4
ON SANCTION

Refund credited & reconciled

Once sanctioned, we confirm the credit against your bank statement and close the case with a written summary for your records.

WHY FIRMS WORK WITH US

Built around one job: getting claims sanctioned

01

CA-reviewed, not clerk-filed

A qualified Chartered Accountant reviews every reconciliation before filing — not a data-entry team working off a checklist.

02

We handle the notices

Deficiency memos and show-cause notices are drafted and replied to by us, within the department's timelines, at no extra charge.

03

Fee tied to outcome

Our fee is a percentage of the sanctioned refund. If the claim isn't approved, you don't pay for the filing.

FROM RECENT CASES

What clients say once the refund clears

Our export refund had been stuck for two quarters before we came to them. They found the mismatch in our GSTR-2B within a week and got it resolved.

Garment exporter, Tirupur

We didn't know we qualified for an inverted duty refund until our accountant mentioned it. The team filed it and handled the notice that followed.

Plastics manufacturer, Ahmedabad

Straightforward process, regular updates on the ARN status, and no surprises on the fee. That mattered more than anything else.

BEFORE YOU CALL

Common questions on GST refunds

A refund claim must generally be filed within two years from the relevant date, which varies by refund category — for exports, it's usually the date of shipment or receipt of payment. We check the applicable date during the first review.
You can file directly on the GST portal yourself. Most businesses bring in a CA because reconciliation errors and incomplete statements are the most common reasons refund applications get delayed or rejected.
Typically your GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B for the relevant period, along with export invoices and shipping bills or LUT copy, or purchase and sale invoices for an inverted duty claim.
We draft and file the response to any deficiency memo (RFD-03) or notice on your behalf within the given timeline, as part of the same engagement — this isn't billed separately.
A small fixed fee covers the initial review, and the balance is charged as a percentage of the amount actually sanctioned. This is confirmed in writing before we file anything.
